TERMS AND CONDITIONS

pls read everything carefully before placing an order~

1) All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars.

2) All deliveries will be made to Singapore addresses only. Overseas deliveries will only be considered on a case-by-case basis and additional delivery charges will have to be borne by the customer.

3) All details and duration stated are catered to local customers. Overseas order may take a longer processing duration.

4) The blue-labelled pricing stated is for a single earring as shown in the photograph. We do cater to special order for a pair of identical earrings through email subjected to availability. We will charge accordingly for the second piece.

5) O.S.S will check to ensure that there is no damage in any of the goods before mailing them out.

6) O.S.S wil take all necessary precaution to prevent damage to the goods during delivery but will not be held responsible due to unforeseen circumstances.

7) Prices stated are non-negotiable and do not include delivery charges.

8) Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

9) O.S.S will not be held responsible for any mistake or damage that occurs during payment and postage.

10) Colour and appearance of actual product may vary slightly from the photographs and we will not be held responsible for such variation that is due to photography lighting, positioning or computer resolution.

11) All private information collected from our customers will be kept private and confidential.

12) All images from O.S.S are copyrighted and may not be used for any purpose without O.S.S's consent.

13) No backing out from the order once the payment receipt has been issued to the customer.

13) For customisations and requests, if O.S.S is unable to process the request made, O.S.S allows the customer to back out of the order only if O.S.S receives a notification reply within 48 hours of the last email O.S.S sent out to the customer.

14) Purchasing any of our goods indicates that you have agreed to comply with the above terms and conditions. A breach of any condition stated herein entitles O.S.S to terminate our transaction with you, without refunding any funds already transferred.

15) O.S.S reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions.
