O.S.S will confirm your order through email within 48 hours and an invoice with the total payable amount including postage will be attached.

After confirmation, customers will need to make payment within 3 days and send us an email after payment.

O.S.S will issue a payment receipt through email within 3 days after receiving the payment.

Delivery duration will be around 3-7 days.

PAYMENT DETAILS

O.S.S accepts payment through POSB/DBS ATM Fund Transfers and OCBC Fund Transfers.

O.S.S accepts concealed cash (sent via normal/registered mail), but this is strictly at the buyer’s own risk.

O.S.S accepts cheque payment sent through mail.

Detailed information on payment procedure will be sent out together with the confirmation email to customers.

Postage Rates

O.S.S delivers via Normal mail or Registered mail only.

Normal postage charges for one single earring is $1.00.

Subsequently, an additional $0.50 will be charged for each additional single earring.

For registered mail, there is an additional charge of $2.24.

All earrings will be packaged in small boxes or bubble wrapped or wrapped securely to prevent damage during delivery.

The packaging depends on how fragile the earring is.

Additional charges will be implemented for boxes.

O.S.S will not be responsible for any lost mails. Registered postage is hence recommended.

Do take note, meet-ups will only be organised for orders with at least 5 single earrings.
